Black Builders: The Digital Landscape in the 90s

At the genesis of getting Americans online, Net Noir and the Orlando Sentinel’s Black Voices emerged as leaders in the digital space where Blacks could connect and create community across the diaspora. AOL Black Voices is what it is today because of the success of these earlier digital builders in the 90s.
